Paperwork information was lengthly, online I filled out 2 times and was timed out at the end, all was GONE! Had to re-fillout yet again in the office. Needs some looking into?? The evaluation has several steps, so make sure you clear enough time in your schedule (about 2-2.5 hours) for completion. As with ANY doctor’s office, if any of your questions go unanswered or issues are left unresolved, get a second opinion. Dr. Abroms and his staff have been consummate professionals and have made me feel comfortable throughout the preliminary process. I’m just weeks away from my cataract surgeries and cannot wait."
